I am a licensed Health Care Practitioner; How do I carry Perfect Balance Supplements?

If you are a licensed healthcare practitioner who would like to offer your patients Perfect Balance formulas, simply click on the Licensed Practitioner Form or call us at 800 854 2138. The application process requires completion of documents that will be emailed to you upon submission of the above form.

The application will be reviewed and further documentation may be requested. For a quicker response, please supply an email address. Not all applicants will be approved; we will review the license, certificate, and practitioner designation to see if it meets our requirements.


How do I return or exchange a product?

To return or exchange a product purchased through Perfect Balance or from a Perfect Balance health-care practitioner, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-854-2138 or email us by filling out the form below to receive specific instructions.


Can I return or exchange a Perfect Balance product that is past its expiration date?

Returning or exchanging a product that is past its expiration will generally only be given a 50-percent credit. Please contact Perfect Balance Customer Service Department for further details at 800-854-2138.


I bought one of your products but I am not satisfied with it, but my doctor won't take it back because it has been opened.

Can I return an order that I received that I am not satisfied with?

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, then we will create a solution for you. We want to make your experience with Perfect Balance as satisfactory as possible.  Please call us at 800-854-2138 for specific instructions.
